Instructions:

  1. Follow the 'Create Request' link above to initiate a new remote support case.

  2. Choose a Support Representative name to start a support session. If a support representative isn't listed please fill out the 'Issue Submission' form and a representative will be with you momentarily. Please fill out the form as accurately as possible to ensure proper support.

  3. You will be prompted to download and then Run the remote software client. The remote software client is the piece of software used to enable a representative to connect to your machine. Please note: Some Firewalls and Anti-Virus programs will prompt you to accept the execution of this client, which is a trusted application. Failure to accept this trusted application will halt the client install and remote software session.
