To all our valued former Channel 1 Customers:
Meganet Communications announces that we are in the final phases of merging Channel 1 services into our platform. We would like to make you fully aware that on January 1, 2006 Channel 1 will be shutting down their services. At that time your services will be fully merged to Meganet Communications. We would also like to notify you that any @channel1.com correspondence will also be terminated. Any forwards that were requested from @channel1.com addresses will be stopped.
Within the next 2 weeks all virtual domain email will be moved to Meganet. This means your email associated with your domain will now be hosted on Meganet Communications. This transition should be seamless to all customers but there are some changes that need to be made on you, the client's side.
On December 19th all email services for domain customers will be moved to Meganet. At that time you must change your incoming mail server within your email client. The current settings for Channel 1 are:
Pop.channel1.com or mail.channel1.com
Those entries must be replaced with: pop.meganet.net
Once that change is made you should be able to receive mail. If you have any issues with email after December 19th please contact our support department. The contact information for our technical support team is:

All issues will be addressed accordingly, and handled in a timely fashion.
For customers using the Channel 1 Webmail you must use Meganet's Webmail.

As of January 1st all Channel 1 services will begin to be shutdown and eventually phased out by February 1st.
